Privacy Policy 1. General 1.1. This policy describes which personal data ИП FLOBAR (the Seller) collects when you use flobar.kz, what it is used for and how it is protected. 1.2. The policy is drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection". By using the website and placing an order the user consents to the processing of personal data on the terms of this policy. 2. Data we collect 2.1. Email for signing in and order notifications. 2.2. Name and phone of the buyer and the recipient, delivery address, card message text. 2.3. Order history, selected products, favorites, messages in the order chat. 2.4. Technical data: session cookies, guest cart identifier, IP address and browser type in server logs. 3. Purposes of processing 3.1. Placing, paying for, assembling and delivering orders. 3.2. Contacting the buyer and the recipient about the order. 3.3. Sending one-time sign-in codes and order status notifications. 3.4. Improving the website and keeping it secure. 4. Bank card data 4.1. The Seller does not collect or store bank card data. Card payments are made on the secure page of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC within the Halyk ePay service. The Seller receives only the payment result and its identifier. 5. Cookies and session 5.1. The website uses cookies to keep the sign-in session, guest cart, favorites and the selected language. Disabling cookies in the browser may limit the cart and checkout. 6. Sharing with third parties 6.1. Recipient data is passed to the courier for delivery. Payment data is processed by the acquiring bank. No other transfers to third parties are made, except as required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 7. Storage and protection 7.1. Data is stored on the Seller's servers and protected by access restrictions, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and activity logging. 7.2. Order data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, keep records and resolve claims, but no longer than 5 years from the date of the last order unless the law sets a different period. 8.
