Personal Data Consent

1. By requesting a sign-in code on the flobar.kz website or by clicking the order button, I (hereinafter the User) give my consent to ИП FLOBAR (hereinafter the Controller) to collect and process my personal data on the terms set out below.

2. Data covered: email; name and phone number of the buyer and the recipient; delivery address; text of the card to go with the bouquet; order history and contents, favorites; messages in the order chat; review rating and text; technical data (cookies, guest cart identifier, IP address, browser and device type).
3. Purposes of processing: placing, paying for, assembling, delivering and handing over orders; communication about the order, substitutions and refunds; sending sign-in codes and order notifications by email; publishing a review of the bouquet without the User's name or contact details; keeping the website secure; complying with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Processing operations: collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, use, transfer to the third parties listed in clause 5, anonymization, blocking and deletion.
5. Transfer to third parties: the courier (the recipient's details for delivery); the acquiring bank, Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (the order number and amount for payment and refund); the email service used to send the store's emails; the Controller's staff via an internal Telegram chat (the order number and the recipient's name). Bank card details are not passed to the Controller and are processed only by the bank.
6. Term: this consent takes effect from the moment it is given and remains valid for the data retention period set out in the Privacy Policy (no longer than 5 years from the date of the last order) or until it is withdrawn.
7. Withdrawal of consent: the User may withdraw consent and request that their data be corrected, blocked or deleted by contacting us at: WhatsApp: +7 708 708 19 32. Phone: +7 708 708 19 32. Email: decor.ayaganova@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that is necessary to fulfill orders already placed and to comply with legal requirements.
8. By confirming this consent, the User confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy (flobar.kz/confidencialnost) and the Public Offer (flobar.kz/oferta).
