Public Offer of the Flobar Online Store 1. General 1.1. This document is a public offer of the seller (the Seller) to conclude a distance retail sale contract on the terms set out below. 1.2. Placing an order on flobar.kz constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer. 1.3. Up-to-date details are also listed on the "Contacts" page. 2. Subject 2.1. The Seller undertakes to hand over flowers, bouquets, arrangements and related goods listed in the website catalog, and the buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them. 2.2. Descriptions, compositions and photos are provided for information. Flowers are a live product, so the shade, bud size and degree of opening may slightly differ from the image. 3. Placing an order 3.1. The buyer selects products in the catalog or assembles a bouquet in the builder, adds them to the cart and proceeds to checkout. 3.2. Checkout requires signing in with a one-time code sent to the buyer's email. No passwords are used. 3.3. At checkout the buyer specifies the way of receipt (delivery or pickup), the recipient's name and phone, the delivery address, the preferred time slot and, if needed, a card message. 3.4. After checkout the order receives a number and its status is visible in the buyer's account. 4. Prices and payment 4.1. Prices are in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT). The order amount is fixed at the moment of checkout. 4.2. Payment methods: - online by Visa or Mastercard bank card through the internet acquiring of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Halyk ePay service) with 3-D Secure confirmation. Card details are entered on the bank's secure payment page and are not transferred to the Seller; - by a Kaspi invoice issued by a manager after the order is placed. The order is confirmed once the payment is received. 4.3. An order paid by card is accepted for processing after the payment is completed successfully. 5. Delivery and pickup 5.1. Delivery is available within Astana. Delivery fee: 3 000 tenge. Pickup from our shop at Astana, Dinmukhamed Konayev Street, 14/2 is free. 5.2. The shop operates around the clock. The receipt time is chosen at checkout in 30-minute slots, taking into account the minimum preparation time shown on the checkout page. 5.3. The courier contacts the recipient by phone before handover. If the recipient is unavailable, the Seller contacts the buyer to agree on a new time. 5.4. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the recipient's address and phone number. 6. Flower substitution 6.1. If particular flowers are unavailable, the Seller may, in agreement with the buyer, replace them with flowers of a similar kind and value without reducing the quality of the bouquet. 7. Cancellation and refunds 7.1. The terms of order cancellation, returns and refunds are described on the "Returns" page (flobar.kz/vozvrat) and form part of this offer. 8. Personal data 8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (flobar.kz/confidencialnost). 9. Other terms 9.1. The Seller may amend this offer. The new version takes effect upon publication on the website and applies to orders placed after publication. 9.2.
